it's alright figment4484, I did to have sleeping issues for a while, if it helps I started taking melatonin 3mg pills, but I highly recommend taking these, I take three of these a night and start reading a book and I'm pretty much fine dowsing off.

I have started writing a little more then what I have, started with a dream journal, but it's probably a better idea to start doing a life journal instead.

The new sappy rock. I know what you're talking about, but don't see why you would discredit their music, I listen to all music in general, I can't really say I go on really with any music genre to much, but I do feel Nickelback should get a lot more recognition then they deserve.
