Two things, I think. First was getting my Master's Degree. I come from a family with no academic tradition. My grandfather had 6 years of school, my father 9, my mother 11. I also had a very easy time in school, so university hit me like a brick in the face - things were not easy anymore. But I finally did it, and when I graduated, large parts of the extended family had gathered, it was a HUGE thing for them. All thathard work, all that self-doubt, all that fighting to muster any self-discipline. I felt vindicated that day.

Also, I have lost almost 30kg. Before May 2008, I had never run more than 400 meters. Then I started running. In August 2008, I ran 10km in 66 minutes. The accomplishment I felt when I managed to finish in time before they closed the finish was absolutely great!

Jag tycker artikeln har en poäng - ingen säger att poliserna är inkompetenta för att inga brott löses, ingen säger att domarna är lata för att rätterna är överbelastade med ärenden, ingen säger att programmerarna är uselt organiserade för att programmen har buggar.
