I think there's a huge difference between boner pills and vaccines that make all the difference here: how the results manifest. One is you don't get polio. That's trying to prove a negative. Could just be you never got polio for other reasons. The other is in 20 minutes you have a raging hard on. I think you'd really only need a couple of people to give in to curiosity to spread word of such pills actually giving a boner to get people to join the bandwagon. Make the price cheap enough, and I think you'd see plenty of users.

Yes, even in America there is an anti-medicine movement. But there's also a huge population of Viagra users as well that I would bet out number the anti-medicine movement.
