Hello ALL!

I wanted to say thank you for all the wonderful suggestions. Some of them were already taken, so that goes to show you, they were GOOD. I have settled on Vally O'Fyre (it is a pun on my name in conjunction with the valley of fire) So now, i just need a cool logo of my name to put on my helmet.

it is primarily my quads. It seems like my hamstrings are feeling fine now. I think i will take your advice and stick to slower skating to keep myself moving while i heal, and wait on the more involved/rigorous exercises until i am feeling less sore.

at 8-9 months old, we were in "PACK AWAY ALL THE THINGS" mode. Our Son was walking at 9 months, and tall, so almost everything was now within reach.
