You know when the beaches, especially state beaches have signs and they say something along the lines of, "Don't remove rocks or sea life from the fucking beach?"

half of SanO is a Corps PT beach. I wouldn't be surprised if those rocks once had phosphorus residue on them, and years later made their way down to the beach where the water kept them from igniting.

Lesson learned the hard way. Smokey the bear should have a PSA with a picture of this chicks pants on fire that warns against taking shit from the beach.

Either way is bad. 405 is better. 5 turns into like 3 lanes going into DTLA where the 405 stays 4/5 the whole way through.

Also, SB is on the coast, so why would you want to get sucked into east LA through the 5? Answer: you wouldn't'

I went to SB once and forgot to get on the 405 and kept driving and got stuck on a Saturday afternoon on the 5 where it narrows down by Dodgers stadium and wanted to blow my head off for an hour. I'll never make that mistake again. I can leave my house at 8am on a Sunday and get to SB in 1:45.
