It looks nice but I wouldn't say it looks new. The wood from the stock still has a very aged look to it. Probably could have just slapped a coat over the old finish and saved yourself a lot of time and money.

You think 25,000 is tough to live on? Either you're upper class or not in America. You can live on $12k or less a year easily. You won't be living well, but you'll have a place to stay and food. At $25k a year you should be able to live pretty good as long as you don't expect to have a brand new everything and a great house.
