alrighty. cut up slices of red potatoes. put oil, parmesan and garlic powder on the bottom of a pan. put the slices on top of all that(like this...just a bit more cheese), then cook at 350 until they look crispy. you could add more cheese for the last 5 min or so. if they don't seem crispy enough you can broil for a few min.
