I used a star tip from this cupcake kit.

Start with the icing bag pointing straight down at the center of the cupcake, while squeezing, rotate the bag slowly back and forth. Keep the bag perpendicular to the cupcake the entire time. Finish it off with a small twist.

I have a problem with banana hoarding. I'll buy six bananas and eat four of them, letting two get too ripe to eat and chucking them in the freezer. I just realized a few days ago that I had a dozen frozen bananas in my freezer.

I agree with iamyourbunny, Caramel would be awesome. I'm also thinking some kind of cinnamon frosting would be good. Peanut butter is awesome on both apples and bananas, too. Caramel sounds like the classiest option, though.

You're right, sorry about that. The marshmallow cream goes in at the same time as the vanilla, before the powdered sugar.
