I blend 8oz of vanilla chobani yogurt, 1/2 a frozen banana, and some unsweetened almond milk. It's about 250 calories with 22g of protein. I don't like the way powdered protein shakes taste.

The other day I went to the gym and wanted to do squats, but the same two jackasses were standing at the squat racks/talking/barely doing anything for a whole hour!

Sorry I didn't reply! I realized that everyone here knows a bunch of stuff about cars, and I don't. People were like "You don't make a lot of sense," so I decided to keep my mouth shut.

My mechanic ended up diagnosing me with a "tune-up." I think the main thing was that I needed a new coil. So, I got a coil, dist cap, dist rotor, coil, spark plugs, and all my other wires replaced.

The other weekend I was waiting for a friend of mine by a hotdog stand, then all of a sudden Ryan Gosling was like 3 feet away from me. I believe it was THAT moment that made me think he was super hot. Before that moment, he didn't really do it for me, but he's BEAUTIFUL in real life.

My ex-boyfriend had a similiar, but much more extreme situation than this.

Dad had polio as a child and was in a wheel chair since he was young, got married, had two kids, contracted HIV from either sharing needles or from gay sex, and then died when my ex was like 6 or 7. After he died, my ex-boyfriend's mom came out of the closet.

It happened in San Diego at the Che Cafe in 2005 (I think?). I don't remember who was playing, but I remember this girl being in the pit "dancing" and everyone was probably thinking "WHAT IS SHE DOING IN THERE."
