i'd agree, my general rule of thumb is if on the sides of the shirt i can see my belt then i have the option of either tucking or not tucking it in. any longer then must tuck, any shorter and you should look for a new shirt.

well there are such things as cotton blazers, but that doesn't make them a sweater. a sweater vest is traditionally just a solid cotton vest, in franco's his is a button down vest.

i'd imagine a garen would do well. don't open up with your silence because i mean this giant is gonna try to come after you anyways. before he ults, use your silence, and get yours off on him. i feel like silences really hurt this guy.

that's ranked though, if you're just normal blind picking i wouldn't worry about full armor rune pages. even in an elo between 1000-1400 i wouldn't worry about full armor rune pages.

ryze, swain, chogath, and singed are all top champs. and yeah they have great pokes and yeah some are ranged auto attacks. and yeah they can play safe etc, but the reason garen is a PUB stomp is because he stomps pubs, ie people who won't play smart. as a garen you hide in bushes and get your combo off as fast as you can.
