This just made me realize, when Tenzin realized he could air bend i bet he tried to bend the other three elements so he could be like his dad. He must have been really sad when he learned that he couldn't, and also very excited that his father is the only person on earth able to.

In the Avatar State the avatar is the master in each element, but outside, it's not certain. The avatar is most definitely the strongest overall bender though. Katara is better than Aang at water bending, Toph is better at earth, and Ozai is better at fire bending, but Aang was a more powerful bender than the three.

No...thats not why. Instead of taking out his anger and losing all the ethics that he was famous for, he continued to act kindly towards everyone. People like us might feel like we want to give the murderer the worse possible punishment, but Cosby is such a great man that he knew that killing wouldn't solve anything. Thats what separates us from him. Its not about sticking the guy in a worse place, it's about whats ethically right.
