the technical term is "out of key"

every acapella and instrumental have their own musical key (A minor, E major and so on), if the 2 songs are on different keys then the result sounds "mismatched" and disharmonious.

let's take for example your first track. Hot n Cold is on D major and Rolling in the Deep is on C minor, these 2 songs can't possible go together without sounding "off" to the brain.
