I actually just got around to getting it and its working great except for one thing. I want to save it on a file or something but it wont let me. I have a mac os x and the instructions say shift f1, but that isnt working. i can leave it up but I don't know if i can play another rom while it is minimized.

No it doesn't look shinny. But there is a minuscule amount of extra white in the compared to a mario game but compared to another pokemon game the e is the same
