Pan Fried Gnocchi with Spinach Cream Sauce

I made it more pesto-y and I used pre-made gnocchi from the pasta aisle in the store but it was delish.

I actually got this from reddit before... and so we come full circle.

bacon squeeze:

make crispy bacon in your preferred method
take the crust off a slice of wonderbread
wrap the soft wonderbread around the crispy bacon strip and squeeze a bit so the bread forms around the bacon
eat & repeat

Go to Logan Farms on Westheimer and have an Akaushi burger. Akaushi is better than Kobe beef. You can get a burger there for $6.99. But wait until after the 1st of the year- the kitchens are shut down because they are doing only holiday hams and turkeys right now.

I also like SmashBurger a lot, even though it is a chain.
