I think, as a society, we are beyond the point of the word "fag" being derogatory towards gays. Even wikipedia mentions (via Pascoe, CJ (2007))

Fag is used in this setting as a form of gender policing, in which boys point out and ridicule others who fail at masculinity, heterosexual prowess, or strength.

Wrong. Even with a target date portfolio, over time an investor's liquidity constraints change, time constraints change, and risk tolerance changes. OP should determine the suitability of his investments periodically to make sure they align with his unique situation. (cfa level 3 candidate, 3 weeks till the big test!)

What you could do in the future is 1. Find some unskilled labor on odesk (~$3/hr) 2. Point them to that website (and explain to them to how to add up the lawn size) 3. Have your booking software automatically send them an email with the address of the house. 4.The worker would then input the lot size into your booking program (or some spreadsheet).

I'm not sure how you could fit this in, but you could have some sort of back end process that takes lot size data from zillow.com and check it against your lawn size ranges. I would probably only use it to be an alert type system (to notify you, not the customer) to see if a customer is drastically overpaying or underpaying.
