I'm sorry but I'll be honest. The guy had an opportunity in middle age that most middle age men never get, only dream about: a 20's chick in bed.

Its not that he doesn't love you, in fact it likely has nothing to do with that. He's a guy with a major opportunity and he took it.

You're right. You will have a hard time finding someone else who'll want to be with you, and even if you do, who's to say they're an angel or that you'll like him any better, or he won't cheat etc. I'd say forgive him and let him show you he loves you. You're relationship will get stronger, and the pain will lessen over time.

I can say the same for alcohol. As a regular drinker, a .08 bal does not affect me in the least, yet its a DUI... for a teenager or anyone who doesn't drink as often and much as me, they are impaired.

In the same fashion, if I go smoke 3-4 drags off a bowl, I'm destroyed for 4-5 hours, and I cannot drive unimpaired, without a doubt.... because I don't smoke pot every day 2-3 times a day like you might.

This is ridiculous. Alcohol is legal... but you must be 21 yrs old... Alcohol is legal, but you cannot be sitting in your car with an open container or drinking it. This cop is a moron. Would he have done this with 19 year olds, sitting in the car drinking? Hell no...

"Oh I think weed should be legalized"... thats a great reason to give you back your weed and let you go on your way.

Whether or not pot should be legalized has nothing to do with getting intoxicated, underage no less, in a car, from any substance.

I'm sure I'll be burried in less than 5 minutes since this is a pro-pot sub, unless for seriously you guys can be objective and see that this isn't about pot, but responsibility.
