TROPHY CASE

  • One-Year Club

Sarah is going to run for Presdident. She sees it as her God-given destiny to become the first female President. She is not a rational thinker, but a maniac, and she already is on the campaign trail right now. by IAmperfectlyCalmin politics

It's not likely Palin will run. From 'Game Change' it's apparent that she may have had a nervous breakdown in the 2008 campaigh, and she said that if she had to do it over she wouldn't. A campaign is a lot harder on the presidential candidate, if he/she doesn't have what it takes.

The only thing she's running for is money.

CBS/NY Times Poll: Tea Partiers Contemplate Violence by snowbillyin politics

Eturn,

Here is the news article: http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20002536-503544.html

The blog quoted numbers from and linked to CBS' article about the poll.

With such large percentages (24%/32%) of tea partiers affirming that "Violent action against government is justified," could the margin of error reduce those percentages to zero?

Eturn,

The blog states the numbers who support violence:

"That such a large number of party activists (about 3.8 Million) and ordinary party members (about 14.4 Million) consider violence justified is alarming. It exposes the lie of their claimed support for the Constitution. The Constitution provides for peaceful, non-violent change of government."

That anyone would support violence to change the government is shocking. That so many, 24%/32% (ordinary tea partiers/tea party activists) support violence is news worthy.

Just one of the surprises.

Their support of violence is surprising, considering that they profess to support the constitution. The Constitution provides for peaceful, non-violent change of government.

Others: most tea partiers get their political news from Fox News.

Among activists, only 50% think Sarah Palin woud be an effective President.

Sarah Palin: Dangerous Lady by snowbillyin politics

Sarah Palin said it's alright to write things on her hand because God did so, too.

Well, God also destroyed cities with fire and brimstone and caused a great flood. It doesn't matter whether you believe so; Sarah Palin believes so.

Can we afford to have Sarah Palin as President with her finger on the button? It would be OK for her to destroy things, because God did so, right?

Sarah Palin's recent problem with "Family Guy" is not without historical precedent. It was in the early 1990s that politicians began having problems distinguishing reality from fiction.

She complained that she should have had an opportunity to discuss it more after 'Family Guy' ran, then she did the Facebook note, then Ms Friedman responded. The NY Times asked Palin for comment -- that was a beautiful opportunity for her to continue the discussion -- but Palin didn't respond to the newspaper.

Even if she doesn't like that newspaper, she could have gone back to Facebook and clarified her position like she told Leno she wanted to do. She didn't even try to continue the discussion with Leno -- she just whined some more.

She's such a fraud.

Beside lying about 'Family Guy', she said she was Mayor and City Manager of Wasilla. No! They had to hire a city manager, because she couldn't handle the job.

And she thinks she is doing something for journalism at Fox?

This is whack-jobbery on a whole new level, folks.
