1. You can sometimes get erections when you wear a tugger. It's only natural as you're feeling a tugging sensation on your penis. The erections rarely last, as they have no place to go, and the tight confines of the cone cause enough discomfort that the erection usually just goes away.

2. It should take less time if you have some skin to work with in the beginning. Some people are so tight that they can't get enough shaft skin in place to get a grip with the cone. These people have to resort to doing some manual tugging techniques using their hands for periods of times and duration that make it a challenge to keep up with. Only after they keep that up long enough can they use the devices like the DTR and TLC Tugger.

3. Do not use skin moisturizer when tugging. You'll quickly see it doesn't work. The whole method used with these tuggers depends on friction. The cones need to be able to grip your skin to keep them in place. If you put any lotion on there, that friction is lost and it slips right off.

4. Not quite sure what you're referring to here. If you're talking about an increase in sensitivity in the glands, personally, I'm not sure I've experienced a significant increase. However, my penis was working pretty fantastically to begin with. You will hear varied claims regarding this. It's unclear how much of it is in people's heads and how much is really happening. Scientific studies regarding the gland sensitivity of circumcised vs uncircumcised men is inconclusive at best. One benefit I've notice from having a bit more skin to work with is masturbation is more enjoyable in general and there is no need for lubrication. My "technique" for lack of a better word has also changed for the better I feel.

5. The process of tugging stimulates cellular mitosis, thus creating actual new skin cells and new skin. That new skin isn't going to go away, just like everywhere else on your body. So restoring isn't just stretching your skin, it's making new skin. There IS some stretching that occurs due to the process, and when you get to the point you want and stop, that skin will regain some of it's elasticity and seem to retract. It's apparently a small amount and can even help tighten things up which is usually desired. The general advice is to either do a minute or two of stretching a day to prevent it, or go a little further to compensate.
