Start by sitting in a comfortable position. Have a straight back, yet relaxed. Clasp your hands together, as to create a bowl with your palms. Close your eyes

Begin relaxing all your muscles Focus on your breathing. Exhale and inhale using your stomach While keeping your eyes closed, pretend there is a dot in between your forehead. Now stare at it.

After a few minutes, begin to feel the space around you. Look at how your body feels Most importantly look at your breathing.

When you are ready to end, open your eyes.
