First, i don't have a general animosity against any country. Beside that, i think, patriotism can easily interpreted as arrogance. Both America and French has stronger patriotism than other countries so maybe thats a reason some people call them arrogant? I don't know.

I read an official reply to the question, when unity3d will support linux, some month ago where a person in charge stated, that they will start working on linux support again if more developers are interested in it. So, this looks like good news to me.

You cannot compare them at all. Pokerstars is the market leader and no one comes close to them. Its a much higher risk for them. Beside that, i don't say its not possible but i think is not as likely as on smaller sites.
