I'm guessing to recommend shoujo because you said you're reading fruits basket.

Skip beat is a great shoujo manga. Alot of people think its hard to start reading (its my favorite and i thought the first few chapters were horrible) and the art has to grow on you but its a great series well worth the read.

Also, Perfect Girl Evolution - not scary but has horror as a theme in it.

Ok I posted this and then everyone commented about how its so dumb that they ask for boy or girl....but as a kid when my parent lied for me to get the other toy I thought it was just so hilarious so I like that we get to lie and pick the better toy depending on what we want.

I'd just get my kid whatever toy I liked more instead of worrying about whether something was for girls or guys.

Yah, they really should try giving out better things because I know when they start giving away pokemon cards or yugioh cards more people specifically go to McDonalds just for the boy's toy. Or at least I do.
