actually, it's not Oakville. It's Humber College North Campus, by the 427. he was also @ the Woodbine Mall Cafeteria, the Gas Station by the corner of Finch and Humberline Drive, and he was also @ Square one for the scene in the mall with the people sitting on the leather seats. how do I know? 25 years in Mississauga, and 3 years @ Humber College.

Canadian squirrels are cunning little bastards.

oh there's plenty of food around the parking lot..there's roughly 2 dozen pine trees around the back lot, so surely they'll be stocked for winter. hopefully they'll know better now to store their food somewhere else

yeah I've noticed my other neighbors in the building do that as well, even during the day/night. I'll see how the dryer sheets hold up, and if need be I'll go ahead with the car lock-honk idea. thanks

Who is ready for Man VS Machine?? by amin456789in gaming

[–]shapoopshoot 0 points1 point ago

my point exactly. it's so imbalanced it's not funny. at first I was thinking, ok I can circumvent this and get around. NOPE. no matter how hard you try to get away as the machine, you will always die. according to your most recent screenshot, humans have an avg of 100 kills per person, while the machines have 9 per person.

as someone who WAS playing on the machine side for a good few minutes (after the 2-3 server resets), I have to say the machines/aliens were very underpowered, slow and just weak in general. I mean, what alien race spawns on a hillside, clumped up so that the humans, that have grenade launchers, can do massive splash damage? it was fun playing was fun notion that you were joining something big, but the fun side was only enjoyed by the humans. being the machine was very aggravating. they (the developers) could have at least made the aliens spawn behind the hill so that we have the option to flank the humans. Every single time the machines spawned in we were killed in seconds. if someone can post pic of the scores, you'll see the human side have double-digit kills while the machines are still in single digit kills. world records for getting 1000 people on a single game online? sure. playable? sure. imbalanced? very.

Man vs Machine... oh so close by vanillabillain gaming

the servers kept crashing, but once it got back on and was stable the Aliens were SO weak. the humans were OP, and the aliens were just slow..very imba imo

yeah, cute... until they get older, and decide to get into your engine compartment of your vehicle, and stockpile a few hundred pine cones in there. yeah, realllll cute. -_-

they still are, even after I've cleared out the pine cones. I think they're comfortable to the fact they can use my engine bay for shelter from the snow, and just last week I popped the hood only to find eaten husks of pine cones, which tells me these little bastards have been at it again. I have taken advice from teh internats, and apparently placing mothballs/fabric sheets around the engine area can ward off rodents. I've tried this as of monday, and so far so good.

luckily enough, no, they just used my engine bay to store all the pine cones. I'm extremely lucky to not have any engine damage as I drove, as I didn't realize the carnage after driving home (500kms/310miles). no chewed wires, no dead squirrels.

I've got an outdoor parking spot for my apartment, and I didn't drive my car for roughly 3-4 days...this was around October, so I'm assuming they were building up a collection in time for winter. My parking spot is right next to a few trees, and they might have thought that my car was a viable place for storage
