I did DL every workout day (3 times a week) How come the phrase "lifting more than I did yesterday" not come into it? Aren't you supposed to increase by 5-10 lbs every workout? I am reading the book, actually. I haven't got the time to finish it yet, but I will soon.

Seems legit. But I don't agree on being underweight, I look thin with clothes on, but look pretty bad without my shirt. I'm carring a lot of fat while being lightweight. I'm definitely going to clean up my diet though.

I'll try to lower my calories a little bit. I think I know whats the culprit of the rapid gain. I think is the peanut powder I put on my coffe along with oatmeal. That shit is 700 calories per 100 gr, I eat 7 or 8 spoons of that per day so I don't know if I eat more than 100 gr, still... that's alot of calories haha

So let me get this straight. I need to eat 2500 calories on training days. I break my fast around 12 pm. I train at 20 pm. My last meal is around 22 pm. I have to eat roughly 2000 calories in one meal? http://i.imgur.com/2hmIC.jpg
