Regardless of the partnership, it was still Microsoft's phone (they invested in its development and branded it as theirs).

Anyway, the point is that WinMo and the Kin are pretty much dead and Microsoft no longer has any market-share.

Machined aluminum and glass construction are higher quality components than molded plastic. Not saying they're perfect in all respects.

I'm not arguing the pros and cons of glass and aluminum, just saying that you can justify the price of the iPhone compared to the Nexus.

That said, I think all smart phones cost too much, which is why I refuse to buy one.
