90% of all Israelis (jobnikim, not-combatants) get 1 or 2 basic lessons of Krav Maga using a rifle. Nothing out of the extraordinary really, you get nothing out of it other that knowing that hitting somebody in the side of the head with the barrel of an M16 hurts a lot.

The other 9% (kraviim) and 1% (elite units) get a different kind of Krav Maga, which I cannot answer because I am neither one of those.

Fwi, it's racism against Sudanese illegal immigrants who don't work and only bring crime wherever they go, not against blacks. Ethiopians get treated exactly the same as the rest, one of my best friends is Ethiopian and I can tell you first-handedly that he doesn't get any different treatment as me (unlike the US, for example, where people tiptoe when dealing with african americans in order not to offend them by mistake or something).

As to OP's question, I think the media is bored and is blowing this out of proportion. It always happens, I remember a couple of months ago when the media started reporting car accidents like crazy, and everybody was freaking out about it for a week or two until something more interesting happened and everybody forgot about it. I don't think there is more violence than usual, it's just that suddenly we are seeing all of it.

I said that the majority of Israel's critics in this particular subreddit (and reddit in general) are anti-Israel by default, no matter what she does. The people who critique Israel when it deserves it and praise her when praise is due fall in the category of "educated neutral people", which sadly is still a minority.

I honestly don't know. He probably didn't even think about it, he just realized that there were no stars during the day and assumed that they are "off". These people (the ones who are ignorant and don't care enough to learn) don't really give a shit if what they think they know is correct, and can live (most actually do) their entire lives that way, blissfully ignorant.

That's why religion is so popular. It gives answers to your questions, and for this people, its answers are easier to understand and repeat than the real ones. The minute you start to realize that it's not OK to be ignorant is the minute you start leaving religion (or homeopathy, or Power Balance's, or whatever) behind.

First of all, fuck off with your editorialized titles. This is not your anti-zionist blog, nor it is 4chon, please keep this bullshit out of here.

Second, I hardly, hardly doubt that the evil Magav guy with an evil look on his face was chasing the poor little indefense Palestinian kid just because he fought for a flag. With only 3 pictures and a shitty video to judge from, I am very careful not to make fast and unfair judgments against "the other side" (unlike a lot of people from both bands, who looove to point out "You see how the X's are evil?" stupidly without knowing what really happened). Maybe he hit the soldier in the face and everybody made sure not to publish that damaging picture? Or maybe the soldier was an asshole having a bad day and decided to take it out on the kid? Until the time when both the kid and the soldier speak to the media about it (if ever), I wont take any judgments.

And third, to be honest I respect all three of them. The kid for having courage to stand against everybody on a day like this, the girl for standing up for her convictions and the soldier for carrying out his duty (that is, to protect Israeli civilians from any harm). You don't always have to pick a side.
