Depends how long the run IMO. Under 3 miles (3-4 miles) I think is good without. But for longer distances, I would go with gel shots. I can't run long with more solid food in my stomach.

Yeah Google removed the privileged contact sync in 4.0, but Facebook hasn't updated their app either. This has been worked around if you install CM9.

If google decides not to move forward with ICS for the N1, we will probably drop 8x50. The 8x50 GPU is... lacking.
