That's pretty cool, but it's a lot like picking stocks in the stock market! Hard to tell what will actually happen to any player especially when they go from junior to pro. All you can do is work your hardest and keep your head on straight.

Glass half full, glass half empty type deal I think. You could like at it like they didn't want me, or you could look at it like Montreal did want me! I really enjoyed everything Calgary did for me and there were no hard feelings as far as I know.

Not too much. They just say don't bad mouth anybody, especially the other teams / refs. My dad taught me most of what I know like trying to incorporate your linemates / teammates in your interviews and try to never brag. Pretty common knowledge in my opinion, but people still make mistakes.

My number one tip for anybody is to get in the habit of skating with your head up. If you're able to stick handle while skating at full speed with your head up, you have a huge advantage.

Pro hockey is a lot different than junior and players progress differently every single year so I have no idea what's in my future, but I just want to have as much fun as I can and work my hardest.

A lot of the guys on my team have Mario Kart for Nintendo DS and we link up to play 8 man Mario Kart games on the bus. This is awesome.

Peewee AA, AA, Bantam AA, AAA, Midget 15year olds, Midget AAA, WHL, WHL, WHL(now). I always figured lots of ice time was the most important thing for me from a development standpoint so I had no problem with not making AAA in my first years or playing junior as a 16 year old.

I don't think I'll be connected to Gomez or Price unless I ever actually make the NHL and then I'm not too sure. We give Shinnimin a bad time for most things he does, but it is all with love.

Moving to Victoria in the summer with my parents. I have a ton of family on the island so I've been out there lots. We get quite a bit free time on the road, but spend it mostly in our rooms with the guys.
