thanks for your response. Haven't really used lube yet, and from my research (and your feedback) it is key!! will pick some up very soon.. yoga most definitely increases strength... no it will probably not get you ripped, but depending on the intensity it will build great core strength. Also it strengthens tendons and supporting muscle groups immensely. That's why bench-pressing free weights is much harder than on a machine or even with a bar... balancing works more muscle and tendon groups and increases overall strength.
