First, an easier (and more effective) way to put something in front of a mod is to message the moderators. I'm not providing an official mod stance without talking to dtardif first. This way, we both can take a look at it and provide insight.

Sorry, I'll rephrase that above. Basically, the printer is listed in the directory and if they add it manually, they can print to it; however, the scripting allows me to install it for everyone that needs it automatically and make sure it is set (and stays set) as their default printer.

If you're the only admin, I can see how that would be a problem. In my case, I can set it to 20 random characters and he'll either remember to not forget his password or not ask me for a new one because the next time, it'll be 30.

If my fellow admins forget their password, I set it to something progressively more complex so they'll either remember it or stop asking me. Either way, my problem is solved.
