Well there are. I am talking about mean intelligence and aptitude. Obviously there is variance. I am not here to deny the reality of intelligent black people or to say that there are no women who can take on traditional male roles. My argument is with these policies that enforce "equality" by creating artificial fitness for those with lower aptitude, and by this strange fascination to engineer "diversity" into areas which are naturally biased to certain races or genders. What they should be spending their energy on is ensuring that no individual with the required degree of aptitude is denied a position because of race or gender. This I have no problem with, and I would be the first to advocate that a women or minority should not be denied a position they are qualified for.

I have a sister who is a PhD student, and I've always told her that people will treat her with special exception because she is female, and that she should avoid taking any opportunities that are afforded by her gender. There is a very simple reason why. When she makes it she'll know it's because she earned it and not because some man decided that she was good enough for a woman.

I also take special exception for this belief that a woman is inferior if they do not take on male gender roles. This is a view that feminism seems to love to push. This idea that there is shame for being a stay-at-home mother who raises their children instead of starting a career. I think they've slandered the traditional social structure and portrayed it as something it never was.

So what's going to happen when those white people they detest lose political power? Am I really to believe they are going to get along? They won't. They'll find a new common enemy and make the group smaller than before.

Being American was never about being white. Italians came here as non-whites and became whites. It's about assimilation and being an American above all else. That's what it means to be a conservative. To fly only one flag, the American flag. Not the Mexican flag, not the African flag, not the Gay LGBT flag, but the American flag. To speak one language: English, the language that is not spoken in Italy, not spoken in Germany, and not spoken throughout much of "white" Europe. One common unifying identity for one country built upon the underlying notion that any person who enters this land is expected to assimilate into the mainstream.

My parents came here from Italy. They learned the language prior to arrival and accepted the American value system. As a result they became much more prosperous than in Italy. Why cant you? Anything more than demanding equal rights is demanding inequality. Feminism served a roll back when women couldn't vote. Now, the feminist leaders use their platform to achieve political power. Similarly, black groups like the NAACP and Al Sharpton only remain relevant and wealthy post-civil rights because they perpetuate racist anti-white privilege narratives. DO they speak out against black on black crime? Do they point out the hypocrisy of there being far more black on white crimes than the other way around? Of course not. Of course not. Racism always loses to the free market. If there is a demand for talent it really doesn't matter what skin color the person has since talent means money for the person hiring the talent.

Nobody questions the fact that men are stronger than women. Does hiring a man for a position that requires strength, such as construction, constitute gender discrimination? Women have proven to be more suited for nurturing roles which is why they dominate educational fields such as health and psychology. There are strong physiological and psychological differences between men and women. It is ridiculous to presume that every man is as equal for any task as any woman.

Equal rights under law and an equal chance to prove oneself is what society should be aiming for. Anything else is just neglecting the genetic reality.

What about Jews and Asians? They earn more than your average white but you don't see them employing blacks and minorities in any position higher than menial labor. Let me enlighten you. The biggest mistake white people made was being sympathetic. We allowed the illegal aliens to remain within our borders. We allowed immigration from failure countries. We took in asylum seekers. Whereas any other country in the world would have said "fuck off," the better angels of our nature told us that we could integrate you and allow you to share in our system so that we could be GOOD people in the eyes of universe. And what did we prove? We proved that no matter what we do we will be hated for being successful. That the minorities will do whatever they can do to climb the power ladders. They will self-segregate, rationalize, nationalize, and empower themselves to take what they feel they've been historically denied. Rather than integrate and become a member of OUR society they want us to integrate into THEIRS.
