I think LP99 is just having trouble understanding what hockey in Canada is like. 2 of the biggest disappointments this year are the leafs and the habs and i assure you they were 1/2 if not CLOSE in attendance while failing. The leafs have lost 7 years straight and will sell out until the day i die.

Seriously, Reimer is worth nothing to Vancouver. Maybe gets in 10 games a season and they can find another better goalie in the minors. Mac is a strong player, but a 2nd liner isn't worth a starting goalie. Halak was a huge rip-off and a prime example, Schneider has more value.

You are assuming I would make that deal for Schneider. I would not, but in my opinion reimer has next to no trade value, and mac is a solid 2nd liner. Vancouver is going to entertain at least 7 teams, and if that's what you think the leafs can give, were tabling the worst offer.

PS the Kessel trade was a terrible.

As a leaf fan myself, what kind of crack are you smoking? If we threw a lottery pick in we would still be ripping them off. Edit. Seriously thats Mac + salary dump for a number 1 young goalie who is "proven". I think this is one ofthese " gross over valuations" they always talk about in regards to leaf fans.
