Ground beef. Get a high fat percentage, such as 85% 15% then just throw that in pot with some salsa and a little hot sauce of course. Cooks in no time. Plus easy leftovers for work and such. I like to put cheese, either mexican or cheddar, in a container with the ground beef. Bring it to work with some lettuce and you got a mean salad.

I was kinda hoping you said reggae. I used to think the same before I went to a music festival and there was a reggae band performing that I absolutely listen to way too much now. Just like any genre of music there are the extreme reggae bands and the bands that don't sound like they should even be in that genre, but they call themselves that type of band. Rebelution is the name of the band I will recommend. They are from California, so its more of a laid back "popy" version of reggae. Might be a bad way to describe them lol. Anyway, give "Safe and Sound" a try, it is one of their big hits. I would also try out their older albums. The one that came out this year isn't the greatest, but does have a few worth listening to.

Different times. Artists nowadays make most of their money from concerts and music festivals. If, they could still sell CDs or Vinyls like they did back in the 70s and 80s, tickets price would be a lot cheaper. And thats pretty much our own fault. I'd rather have free music than cheap concert tickets and pay for albums.

It all depends on what aircraft you are flying on, but most commercial aircraft at takeoff and land around ~180mph. Any slower you might stall the aircraft due to lack of lift.
