It could well be a mislabeled picture. I did search around for a better description and found the photograph on several sites labelled with a similar description and set of associated photographs from the liberation of Sevastopol. I assume they are originally from a picture collection or archive set. Perhaps the original title has been mistranslated.

If anyone can find a source that contradicts the title I'll remove the link and repost with a corrected title.

The Medium Tank M3 was an American tank used during World War II. In Britain the tank was called by two names based on the turret configuration. Tanks employing US pattern turrets were called the "General Lee", named after Confederate General Robert E. Lee. Variants using British pattern turrets were known as "General Grant", named after U.S. General Ulysses S. Grant.

This video from British Pathe news shows the United Nations Day Parade 1943. The term 'United Nations' was first officially used on 1 January 1942, when 26 governments signed the Atlantic Charter, pledging to continue the war effort. The UN as we know it today was ratified on 24 October 1945.

George Lansbury (1859-1940), politician, on a motorbike. Lansbury was Labour MP for Bromley and Bow 1910-1912 and 1922-1940, and leader of the Labour Party 1931-1935. He was a major supporter of equal rights and votes for women and led the Poplar Rates Rebellion in 1921 whilst mayor of Poplar.
