I'm in my 20's so I am a bit away from worrying about that at the moment. I really just want to make it a goal to start healthy habits now so I wont worry about it as much when I am older.

yeah, I admit my low weight is probably due to my eating habits but it is also due to my frame. I'm pretty small in general. Thanks for the advise!

Yeah, I really want to stop counting. It all started when I realized a lot of food items that looked like one serving were actually two servings. From there I kinda just started to check the nutritional info on all items. I'll see if I can do it for the rest of this week as a challenge to myself.

Thanks for your two cents, I definitely am looking into activities now that I am graduated from college and beyond trying to be healthy I think it would be positive for my psyche socially.

Yeah, I was pre-professional and originally attended college for dance; till I had a change of heart and decided to go into academia. To this day I still work out, however not anything close to the hours of dance I was doing in a conservatory setting. But beyond that, looking into the mirror everyday for hours trying to perfect my body really left a lasting impact. I'm hoping to change that mentality :)

I definitely will look for more people to hang out with, however I could never abandon this group completely. These are people who I have considered my best friends since we were kids and teenagers, we all grew up together. It really is a difficult choice to make and if possible I would want to find another way to resolve this. But worse comes to worse, I'll have to make this choice. Thanks for both of your input.

Now that you have reformed, have your opinions on those that you ostracized changed? Have you found that someone who you may have previously thought was dorky is actually a pretty chill person?

Interestingly enough, you'll find in college, especially if you go to a big school that social status means nothing.

Just eat it
you may not want to watch a movie or listen to music, just do what you want at the time. But Neon Indian is some pretty cool music.
6 to 8 hr experience, with a peak about an hr into it -smoke up after/coming down

For my ex's stuff, I put it in some bags and left it on his porch. Didn't even bother to have him come over and pick it up, now I would like the same courtesy in return
