General stupidity - specifically, anyone who has appeared on a reality or daytime talk show (Maury, Jerry Springer, etc.), anyone uninformed about the candidates, party platforms, or entire election process. Probably some other examples I can't think of right now.

I don't know about Indiana, but in Texas a GED just certifies that you have graduated high school (or the equivalent). It allows you to apply for certain jobs that require you to have a HS education, & attend higher education (college, trade school, etc.) As for legal rights, you still have to be 18 to be considered an adult, or be emancipated from your parents. That's a lengthy legal process, & you're probably better off just waiting until your next birthday...
