Not only has he gained weight he has apparently becmoe lazy when it comes to himself...he has become complacent. He has a serious girlfriend, he is out of school, who is is trying to impress? He is basically saying I no longer need to worry what I look like since I have you forever.

Be honest with him and say his weight gain and general laziness towards anything healthy is a big turn off. He is 23---fast forward 20 years at the same pace he is on he will weight 1000 pounds!

Not the same way i would have used my degree from 1997...not much of what I learned in 1993-1997 applied to online media, social media, affiliate marketing, blogging, seo, etc.

I wanted to go into advertising...but what the focus of my major was revolved more around stats, focus groups, product placement, etc...i don't even know if I would pass an entry to marketing pop quiz.

You need to talk to your 4 year that you want to go to - confirm which local community/junior colleges they partner with, which ones they will accept credits for, which classes they will accept, etc. Student loan on $250000 will hang around for a long long long time...save the money get your degree from the college of your dreams but get your electives/requirements out of the way at a junior 2 year college/

you can't tell you body to lose fat in a specific area. You do crunches you are building the ab muscles under the fat but also burning calories. Your body won't take energy from stored fat in specific areas you are working. it will burn fat all over your body.

i did the let it pass method the first and third time - the second time i was in the hospital for the weekend and doc said this one isn't coming out on its own. Wasn't fond of the up the pee hole method but if I ever get it bad again they can go up and get it.
