Really nice work! Awesome design, quick loading pages, nice search interface. Very impressive for your first swing at a rental housing site.

A few things I noticed:

• I tried to leave a review, but apparently forgot to click a star rating. It put an error message at the top and deleted my entire review!
• I'm not a huge fan of the drop down for min/max rent. $500 is a pretty big gap. What if I can afford $1200/month? Why not just use text boxes?
• I like the ajax loading of more results when you scroll down. Hot!
• The abbreviation: "Bedrms: st" seems a little awkward. Doesn't seem like you're short on space there. Why not just spell out the words?
• Your results page doesn't list how many results were found... I think people like that.
• Your listings don't list the date they were last updated... In my experience renters will find the data hard to trust if you're not willing to be transparent about the freshness/source of the data. Why is craigslist so popular? Also putting date stamps can give the impression that a listing is new/hot and keep renters coming back to look for updates.
• Do you not list phone numbers? What if I want to call a property?
• Why does the bathrooms drop down go to 20? Try to avoid giving search options that are definitely going to produce 0 results.

Overall, really nice work. But keep in mind that at the end of the day, content is king. The site can look like and work like shit (craigslist), but if you've got the content, then you win. In this case, content is accurate rent and availability. I know you probably don't want to hear this, but figuring out how you're going to get all of the housing providers to keep their content current is like herding cats. And it will be much more important for your success than much of the good technical work.
