Former Barista here, Woman would order an iced latte, which consisted of 1 shot of espresso, 5 pumps of mocha, 5 pumps white mocha, half & half, whipped cream, and then mocha carameland white mocha drizzled on top. It was gross,

Also used to have a customer who would order 4 shots of espresso over ice in our largest cup. Shed go over to the bar and just dump milk on it and make a latte herself, which we knew she was doing and didnt mind, until one day she decided it was easier to be lazy and just ask us to hand her the milk we had back with us. One day I finally had to say "It'd be easier for everyone if you just ordered a latte instead." She refused to let me make her drinks ever again.
