Wacom has a new one that's only $100. I think it's well worth the investment. At work I use one all day even when browsing the web and checking emails. Once you get used to the pen it's much more natural.

This is a great record. I also have her albums: The Fall and the new album Little Broken Hearts on record and I love them. I actually saw her perform a few weeks ago in a small place in Brooklyn, great experience.

Yup, I see that now too. It just seems it's better to spend the money each month and then keep on getting all of the upgrades as I go along. Also, adding Edge and Muse is a huge plus since I do a lot of freelance web stuff.

That isn't the full line of programs for that price though. Right? Never heard of that site tho, I'll have a look around on there. Getting the creative cloud gives me access to Adobe Edge and Muse as well.

Great feedback. Thanks a lot for your help. I've been working full-time and not using my personal laptop for much because I haven't been searching for new freelance opportunities. I feel like if I spend the money and upgrade I'd be more likely to seek out more work on the side.

I want to upgrade my macbook pro too eventually. It can still handle the new CS6 but I'd still like something faster. It's from late 2007 and it's a 17 inch. I only have 24 free GBs so I want to clean up some space on it and see if I can get it to run faster.
