I lived at Royal Oaks for 4 years, I really enjoyed it but I got lucky because I didnt have loud neighbor's. You can use the referral program they got and get 300.00 for it and try to get a top floor if possible.

I had no issues other than the office people were nice but not bright. It is right beside the police station so that keeps the BS way down.

Honestly I dont really enjoy RES. Everybody talks about how great it is but its just not intuitive enough for me. I always end up effin everything up and end up being worse than before.
