I build software for a living. This idea is idiotic.

Where is the action? Where is the sovereignty? What the fuck will the result of the top action item be? More protests?

The problem is not in identifying problems. The problem is not in identifying solutions. The problem is changing public opinion sufficiently such that politicians are inclined to make the changes necessary.

The only other solution is to start your own country, which isn't nearly as far fetched as believing real change will happen.

The solution is to simplify the system so there are fewer loopholes. Keep capital gains at 15%, make income tax match at a flat rate of 15%, convert the mortgage interest deduction to a tax credit for principal payments, etc

Notice that you can "like" it but not friend it. It isn't a user's profile.

Facebook generally has a policy to follow local laws. That might not be moral, but it is ethical and probably the right business decision.

This thing is actually really useful. You needn't stand while using it, but it does free your hands while you're using a breast pump.

Snicker if you want, but many women need to take 30 minutes multiple times a day to make sure they can hold a job and also breast feed their kids. While they are sitting in a room made this this (or, even worse, a bathroom stall), at least let them look at a magazine easily.
