Culture. There are countless cultures and subcultures everywhere. The entire culture of france doesn't hold the same standards of fashion and taste, nor do they all subscribe to the same specific subcultures. I'm sure what's fashionable to one, is atrocious to another. It's not about france.

I don't need to know their culture. Because france doesn't have just one culture. As someone who understands culture you should know that. There are plenty of subcultures in America that dress like shit. It's the same there. To call attention to that fact isn't an attack on french culture, don't be an imbecile.

Jenness beach is nice, without any of the riffraff from South Hampton, and plenty of distance to walk if thats your thing. There's also a surf shop you can probably rent from across the street if you feel like it -- that spot gets some decent learning waves on a good day.

The benefit here is that there are none of the scummy teenagers or massholes that yell and scream and blast horrible music to the masses.

Drive past the Jenness beach parking lot (it's across from the Summer Sessions surf shop) and you can park for free all day along the road. If you can park along the road anywhere near "Cable Road" you can walk straight down cable road to a nice section of beach that is hardly ever crowded.

Further up the road you can also check out Wallis Sands state park, about 5 minutes past Jenness. While the area in rye has fewer restaurants, there's a great seafood place near Wallis called Rays. I'd recommend it.

[edit] get there before 9 or 10 for a guarantee at free parking close to beach access but its a long road so you could get there any time any get a spot along the road -- might just need to walk.

If you're feeling bold on your way back...stop for a beer at one of the outdoor restaurants in "Dirty Hampton" and do some people watching.

Fuck yeah. Tyfud and Rel Por were bad ass! I used to cross-realm with Covenn in darkness falls, it was pretty damn fun, haha.

Hopefully they'll implement a subtle killspam system...in some way, it was just a neat way to know what kind of notable players were out, without drawing away from the immersion brought about by the fact that you couldn't see enemy names.
