Yeah so like it turns out, when you arrest black people for generally BS reasons (see mostly drugs / narcotics) and then those kids get raised without a father cause trouble circa age 16, allowing folks to once again throw them in jail for various reasons, you create this rather terrible and somewhat difficult to break cycle. Most commentary about the Black Community in the US could be boiled down to "Probably wouldn't be so bad if White people hadn't taken the time to fuck them backwards circa 1970 / 1980".Couldn't let them get away with that civil rights movement now could we?

Because as it turns out, poor people are more likely to go to jail (For a Million different reasons ranging from not having the money to get themselves out to being in situations cause almost succinctly by being poor being crime worthy (see Oh I don't know.. Child Support)). Then we factor in that Black Culture has traditionally held around the lower middle class simply because prior to 1960 they weren't allowed access to the same education and facilities as their white brothers and sisters. You amp this up that we have an entire culture of poor folks, we arrest the poor fathers, and then we're confused as to what's causing so many issues in the black community.

I'd be interested to see the correlation / statistical analysis of those in the Lower Economic Brackets because based on anecdotal evidence a lot of poor whites would probably have the same distribution pattern.
