Looking at Cisco for my first buy. Help me evaluate it? by ilMigliorFabbroin stocks

THANK YOU. I was really tempted, considering their record of beating estimates, and having found a couple positive rumors (which turned out to be very accurate), to buy before the report, and honestly might've if I'd figured out how to transfer money from my bank account a day sooner. Instead I bought Thursday morning, so I learned my lesson the easy way, but I'm still nervous about this tech-market shock. Any guesses as to how it will go in the next couple days? Weeks? Months?

My son is away at college now, but for 13 years we were faithful to the "first day of school" pic. What a great guy you are...if you read this chum, I love you! by dittidotin pics

Yeah but money was tight in 11th grade and he had to go back to wearing his 8th grade shoes.

Can an African 'green revolution' feed the world? - “If you only increase productivity by 50 percent in Africa, Africa will go from food deficit to food surplus. And that can be done with access to simple inputs that are available today.” by davidreiss666in worldnews

Are people not aware of the horrible consequences of the Indian green revolution? When resilient crops are replaced with GM "High Yeild" (and more accurately/recently describes as "High Response") varieties, farmers become completely dependent on a large quantity of these "simple inputs," which happen to be expensive and destructive (to both humans and the environment) fertilizers and pesticides, and if they don't use the correct amount of each with precise timing, the crop is likely to fail catastrophically. So while the potential yield rises relative to acreage, it plummets relative to inputs. Read up on the violence of the green revolution before supporting it. This film explains the tragedy well too.

What is your simplest awesome recipe? by clairissabearin AskReddit

[–]ilMigliorFabbro 10 points11 points ago

Stay calm, Americans! I'm an experienced crepe-maker, so take a deep breath and let me guide you through this. Don't do anything rash like Google "translate 55g to english" - it will only confuse you further. The proper ratio of ingredients for this recipe is 1 egg to 1 cup flour to 1 cup milk. Yes- it's literally that simple. Now go forth and cook up a multitude of these amazing nutella-to-mouth transportation devices.

I'm listening to "Kick, Push" by Lupe Fiasco, and Pooh is dancing to this beat perfectly. This is fantastic.

Yeah but some people deify him. Saint Nick was real too but Santa Claus and the godly Buddha are characters based on historical figures.

This is not from Rome Georgia... (People on Facebook being uniformed/ trolled) by Valiantfatein gatech

I remembered this picture from 2008, so when my friend posted it with his status about going to Georgia spring break, I wrote something to the effect of "haha are there volcanoes in Georgia?". Then he defriended me and I laughed even harder. Still not sure if he knows...

Do you know how these devices could (or do) adjust the blood flow? Meaning how would the "heart" know to increase the person's "heart rate" for athletic activity?
