I'm currently a Junior in high school, and one student in our class takes social awkwardness to the extreme. I go to a small private school, and there are only 31 people in my class. We don't tease him or anything, and he is usually left to his own devices. Anyways, this kid routinely picks his nose and eats whatever he finds during classes, and he has done so since he arrived at the school. This kid is now 18 years old. Although he has done a number of remarkably weird things, one event was particularly memorable. In 10th grade, he used to pull around a small cooler as a backpack. He would just stuff all of his books in there. One day in English class, he decided to stick his head inside the empty cooler. As soon as he did so, the container's handle dropped down, trapping his head inside the cooler. All of the class inevitable started roaring with laughter, so our English teacher kicked all of us out, and proceeded to aid the student. Oh, and he will spend whole class periods in the bathroom, on the toilet, looking at his phone.
