If you speak'a spanish, you'll do fine. You'll be in a highly Mexican and Hispanic community. The people are nice, but there is some gang activity that can ruin anyone's night. I recommend taking the bus east to central phoenix area. Explore, eat food, drink coffee, enjoy the Art scene (5th st. and Roosevelt area) on weekends. Then venture to Tempe on the lightrail, explore Mill (that is if you don't mind the ever present College Douche lurking about) You'll have fun... but drinks lots of water and wear sun screen!

Well in this case, you may be right.

The Snopes article states that you can overdose from large doses of Vitamin A by eating carrots. This is not true. Beta-Carotene is not vitamin A. Beta-carotene is a precursor of vitamin A. It needs Vitamin D to be turned into Vitamin A, as needed. Nonetheless, it is possible to take too much Vitamin A, but you would have to eat the liver from Arctic critters (yes, yes.. not only Arctic critters).

I think that Chipolte has a policy where they won't through the food away when a customer's card declines or is unable to pay for some reason. They just give the customer the food and ask to pay next time I think. Maybe Quizno's has a similar policy and just don't advertise it so people won't abuse it.

it doesn't look too bad. It is around Spectrum mall. Bethany and 19th ave (more specifically, probably around Missouri and 22Nd ave.) That is my best guess since I live there too. I live at 24th and Bethany, which is the same neighborhood. Harkins theatres is there as well as easy access to great fish and chips. Sprouts is about 2 miles away on 19th and Northern. I enjoy the area

I was always under the impression that a species is defined on whether or not its offspring can procreate with each other. In the case of a horse and donkey, they can mate and produce a sterile mule. In the case of tigers and lions, their offspring can reproduce with another tiger or lion, but not with another liger. I forgot where I read this, perhaps my in my BIO class. Basically, if the offspring can't reproduce with another of its kind, then the original parents are different species. Anyone care to clarify?

what is required? Do we have to supply our own parts? How much time is it gonna take? I am taking 6 classes and work 40+ hours a week. I barely have time to pick my nose (I always find a way though). I might be able to squeeze in a few days of testing. What are you looking for in a teammate?

I dislike this guy more everyday. I am still a fan, but telling someone to fuck off in front of his children when they want an autograph is wrong. Sure the "proponent" is probably a dick too, but there is a time and place for that discussion. The other person probably doesn't have any power to change anything. I also don't like McKellen's history of tearing up pages of the Bible. It's not his book and I am not a fan of people destroying literature. If you don't like it, teach your side and write your own book. Maybe he can make a "corrected" version of the Bible and leave it next to the regular bible. Yes, I do expect downvotes. Yes, I do expect people to offer the counterpoint "The other person despises your lifestyle and wants to deny you your rights, and then wants an autograph for his crotch fruit!", or "He should have drawn a penis next to his autograph!", but I think the better way is to give the autograph and let the children be in amazement. When they find out the truth, it'll be that much better for McKellen.

I do not think this is 100% accurate. Arizona has a semi-open primary. You must be registered as a Republican or Independent to vote in the Republican Primaries.

I don't know how to vote in the Primary if you don't have a Republican ballot or any info on where to go. You get this info from the GOP. If you are an Independent, you may have more work to do to get a ballot.

that being said, you should still register as Republican if you want a say on what flavor of turd-sandwich you want to have a chance to vote for later.

I may get downvoted for this, but I have a problem with any young girls group teaching about pro-choice/pro-life stances.

Teach the yutes about contraception/abstinance all you want. Teach them the facts... the How To's, the What Nots, etc... Here's an idea, teach them to always be prepared. Steal a page from the Boy Scouts.

If I had a daughter, I would want to teach them about abortions and the different choices that need to be made. That they can always come to me. I don't know what they would advocate in the Girl Scouts.

Teach irresponsibility, teach sex education, smash stereotypes of women, give them positive role-models and sell cookies

no teaching of abortions... leave that to the parents
