We mix wet food in with our cats' dry food... I can't answer the part about "food stealing" because my cats have some kind of unspoken agreement. But as far as "the best" foo goes, look for grain free brands. You definitely want to avoid wheat and corn based foods. I might get flamed for this but rice seems to be a little well-tolerated, but ultimately less grains and more protein are what you should look for.

Oddly enough, she was quite fuzzy as a young kitten. She always had long fur but the "ruff" (I like to call it her mane) didn't develop until later.

My cat does this too... I have given up on showing off my little Boo when anyone is around. She still freaks out if I move too suddenly, and she won't let me pick her up anywhere but the bedroom.

Not quite as heartfelt as a lot of these stories, but still the best birthday present I've ever received:

My girlfriend told me we were driving inland to meet her uncles... I wasn't sure why but she insisted on driving and liquoring me up. We were running late, and I kept nagging her to let me call her uncle's to tell them we were running late. We were meeting them at a contemporary/upscale Mexican restaurant, which had some of the best moles I've ever had in a restaurant (can't beat mom's). A few minutes into our meal she reveals that we were not meeting her uncles and that she had two tickets to see these Gorillaz in concert.

I chased shots with red bull in the parking lot and danced my fucking ass off all night. It was the best birthday ever.

Yeah around here, we FEAR mountain lions. They eat cats and even large dogs (a cougar could EASILY take down an 80+ lbs dog).

I would recommend putting the litter box in the bathroom. If you clean it out regularly it usually won't stink.

Try using a pen/paper and a calculator so you can get some real results just to compare. It would be interesting to see if it's the placebo effect or legit.
