I work at a call center as well. Customer calls in asking about his order and why it shipped so early ("how DARE you ship my products early!"). I basically explained that our shipping times are awesome, and he cut me off, asking me "Are you blonde?" I was dumbfounded, and had no idea what to say, so I said "excuse me?", he asked again if I was blonde, I said "No...". He cut me off again and started calling me a dumb fucking bitch, what I am saying doesn't make any sense, and I should go back to grade school. I guess that's what I get for my company shipping things out super fast....

There are many other offensive stories, but this is the most recent, and the only one my tired brain could think of at the moment.
