First of all I´m no expert so dont trust me all to much. Make sure you have days for rest and muscle growth and maybe most important of all make sure you set a plan you can stick to. It´s easy to set a well intended and ambitious plan but speaking from my own experience once I realize I cant practically stick to it I get disheartened and end up spending more time on the couch then at the gym.
