I get the exact same thing when I look up and stare at clear blue sky or any solid colored wall. It's some sort of vision anomaly like seeing those 'floaters'. I wish I could remember what it was called because then I could direct you to the wikipedia page I saw on it.

Unless it is blocking your vision (I thought it was just kinda cool looking) don't worry about it.
